Contest Entry- 'Let it Snow'

My entry for xXLossofHopeXx's contest. And this is her OC Snow as Elsa from Frozen, you get the pun now people? XD Cause his name's Snow and Elsa has the power to create and manipulate snow and ice so I thought it was relevant.

I would have used Paint Tool SAI but it was being a bitch when I was trying to open up a reference picture so I used GIMP and I think it came out pretty well, especially the shading and the snow/ice effects.
