Sci-Fi's Thunderbirds Cosplay Parody

Yes! This is what I was doing in GIMP, although join.me was being an arse as well as GIMP at times I finally finished!!
Sci-Fi is dressed up as a character from Thunderbirds and 10 points OR a Llama for anyone who can guess who she is, of which she is dressed as one of the Tracy Brothers (clue: The Uniform and Background give it away slightly)
This is also to celebrate me surpassing 200 deviations!!
