The desk is anything but empty. Soda cans and bottles are carelessly strewn about, avoiding the like a small child actively avoiding bathtime with an expression of reluctance.
A backpack, barely used and still carries a look of newness sags lazily against the wall- sitting upon DVDs and books. And a poster, fallen from its home on the wall- curling in on itself, drapes over products of hygiene and self care; two deoderant sticks and hair wax.
The desk, though devoid of some care is far from being barely used.
